1. How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Look for it in your mailbox and be sure to add “herbz.pk” to your email address book. If need assistance, please call 03 111 555 100 or email us at support@herbz.pk

2. What are the shipping charges & time?
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over Rs. 2000/. Shipping may take 2-4 days.

3. What are the exchange, return and refund policies for Herbz?
Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase. For any product that you are not satisfied with, please call 03 111 555 100 or email us and you’ll receive instruction on how to get an exchange or a refund.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please be sure to keep the original product and product packaging if possible. We’ll provide instruction on how to send the product back.

4. How do I return Herbz products if purchased from a different store?
If you purchased Herbz products online on another website, please follow the instruction on that site for returns and refund.
If you purchased Herbz products at one of our retailer partners, please return the item to that store according to their return and refund policy.
